Refund policy

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped/delivered to you.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In the event of a refund, the money transferred back to the source of the transaction may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by www.mezenor.com

RETURNS

MEZENOR follows a NO RETURN and REFUND Policy to encourage only serious buyers for its product(s). 

A Replacement may be offered to the customer under the following conditions:

  1. The product is damaged. 
  2. The customer receives a Wrong/Different Product.
  3. Exchange in case of Size Issue. 

Please Note- an additional charge of Rs.200/- will be applicable in case of exchange (to cover the cost for to and fro courier charges) which will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery of the exchanged product in the form of Cash on Delivery. The new product against exchange will be dispatched from our office once we receive the previous product.

Reverse Pick-Up and Processing

In case of reverse pick up, the product(s) will be picked up from the original delivery address post approval from our team. The product shall comply with the below-mentioned conditions, only then the pick-up shall be initiated:

Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Complete Product

All in-the-parcel accessories, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product

The product should be unused

Undamaged Product

The product should be undamaged and without any tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging

Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive shall have the authority to decide upon the pick-up of the product based on the above conditions and shall deny the pick-up if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received.

General Rules for a Successful Return

During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (you may refuse to accept the order in case of COD). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.

Replacement/ exchange shall be subject to availability of stock. In such an event, the refund may be initiated.

FAQ:

Why is my item not eligible for return/ refund/ replacement?

The items not eligible for return/ refund/ replacement might be for the following reasons:

  1. The return/ refund/ replacement shall be applicable ONLY within 24 hours of delivery of the item to the customer.
  2. Made-to-order/ customized products are not eligible for return/ refund/ replacement.
